Our Manufacturing Unit

The manufacturing Unit is spread across 44000 sq. feet in the city of Hathras with a close proximity to the National Capital, New Delhi. 

Duracharge manufacturing unit has 3 assembly lines. The total power capacity of the plant is 700KVA. Unit is also equipped for uninterrupted manufacturing. With total Manpower of 200 workers, the plant has a daily capacity of manufacturing 400 units of inverter batteries, 800 units of each automotive and solar panel batteries.

At every stage quality is the prime focus with world class machines installed at our plant

  • After procuring lead, testing is done by Bruker QB spectrometer (The leading German brand)
  • Lead oxide manufacturing is done inside the plant and is rigorously tested in the in-house chemical lab operated by qualified staff. The capacity of chemical lab is 5 ton/day.
  • For grid casting the Unit is equipped with 3 world class machines of WIRTZ, JIVOTORCH and DSC
  • For lead oxide paste Duracharge uses SUNLIGHT machine. Charging and Discharging Process 42 Panel unit is in place with an additional 36 panels to be installed very soon. Charging process is done through Ador Digatrol machine (Indo German collaboration)
  • Bluestar Acid Chiller systems are installed in the plant.
